After a free thirty-minute consultation with you and your person/ people, we can discuss where you might fit in relationship to what I offer. I am fortunate to see many types of people in many types of relationships. Most relationships can be changed and improved with the work done in relationship sessions. Through the use of techniques such as drama work, mindfulness, and creativity you can change and improve your relationship. These techniques encourage clear communication and connection which can deepen trust.

Being in any kind of relationship where a connection is important can be challenging. Perhaps your relationship is new and you all want to know how to have a deeper trust in one another. Perhaps you are ending a relationship and you want to feel at peace with each other. Perhaps you have a member of your family where conflict rules the communication. Maybe there is conflict and no one can identify the underlying and hidden issues. By the time you finish your time with me, you will be able to say what you need to each other.

This is not about therapy. It is about those involved with the relationship setting goals of what you want in the relationship. It is about exploring areas that may be causing conflict. It is about you all deciding what you want and moving toward that goal. This is about you and I working as a team to make it happen. During our time together, you get to set the goals and we get to act as a team to reach those goals. This is your time and you and your relationship are the centers of attention. This will be your time. By the end of your sessions, you will be better at communication, listening, and participating in your relationship. You will find you know how to deal with your stress more constructively so you can have a better quality of life.

Having come from a place of introversion and shyness, I know that it can be really hard to reach out when we are going through changes and challenges. I know how important and helpful a group can prove to be. Groups allow us to connect with each other. As a person who was once very shy and introverted, I practiced behavior and communication that allowed the me I knew what was in me to be present. Through the work I did in groups, I learned that I have a lot to offer. It gave me a sense of confidence and willingness to try. It increased my self-esteem and improved my self-image. I have been able to reach new levels of understanding of myself and others. I have seen changes in me but, also seen changes in others as they worked to feel successful and fulfilled. I learned to practice better communication in groups. I learned that coaching groups are a safe place to explore.

I offer this service because I have seen the transformative power of a group. Attending a group can be challenging for shy and introverted people. For the extroverted, it can be a learning experience in sitting back and learning to listen and hear. You can trust that it is challenging for others also and you can know that when we work through the changes that are occurring in our lives, we see a great change in ourselves and how we are in the world. After your free thirty-minute consultation, we can see what services would work best for you. One such service is individual coaching sessions where you set the focus. During these 50 minutes, you will be the center of attention. I help people flow with changes that are occurring in their lives. You decide what you want and or need for your life. You set your own goals. I help you reach them.

There are many different kinds of changes we can experience. Perhaps you are leaving a relationship. Maybe you are seeking employment after being out of the workforce for a period of time. Perhaps you have given something up in your life and you need and want support for these changes. Maybe you have entered retirement and you are finding yourself confused about where to go from there. Maybe your health has changed and you need support in dealing with these changes. I can help. You get to set the pace and the focus. This is your time.

If you are dealing with trauma and healing, I can work with you if you already have a therapist.  Because I don't do therapy, it's important that I know you are getting the support you need to heal that trauma. My job is to help you make your life a bit easier while you are exploring the wounds and healing. I am open to communicating with your treatment team. Because of confidentiality, I will need you to sign a release of information for me to speak with any other professionals.

At the end of our work together you will know how to better manage your stress so that you can cope and grow from the changes occurring in your life. You will know what helps you grow and what keeps you from fulfilling your fullest potential. You will know how to better communicate your wants and needs to the people around you.
